Learning Outcomes and Application This unit of competency involves the skills and knowledge required to prepare and present evidence and follow up on the outcomes of proceedings.The unit applies to personnel who may be called as a witness in relation to specific incidents, this may include detailing incident events including operational and organisational procedures. It does not apply to an ongoing role in the presentation of evidence.The fire sector is those sections of government departments, statutory authorities or organisations that have responsibility under jurisdictional arrangements for the delivery of firefighting and fire management services.No licensing, legislative or certification requirements apply to this unit at the time of publication.

Assessment Tasks
